McDonald's in Hildesheim

That's what I call very bad service, I stood in the queue at the drive in for 20 minutes and then found out that a card payment is not possible due to a system problem, you can't notify the customer of something like this at the beginning of the drive in with a small piece of paper or similar? At the MC Donalds in Laatzen 15 minutes later, I am told there are no more fresh towels, although they haven't even looked properly. Then after I received my food, fries that are unsalted, the mayo for the fries was missing ... Etc something like that can't be true, everyone makes mistakes and that's normal, but here it's the reluctance at work and poor quality and Service to the customer, I mean I paid for it. Hope someone from MC Donald's customer service reads that too, I like to eat at your place, but that kind of thing makes me in a bad mood

The mcdrive is very bad for slightly deeper cars and no warning

Very nice people, despite the huge crowd on the drive, things went really quickly. and most importantly the burger was still hot.

In the evening they only serve people in cars , there was not a sign on a door or something, there was a guy who waited after all the cars to get his food. -1 stars for the employees.

We drove another way to get an error-free order. But unfortunately we were disappointed. Like in every branch, something is missing. Thank you for the sauces, I just didn't want to drink them, I actually wanted to eat nuggets with them.

Friendly, quick, efficient. I often struggle with incorrect orders or long waiting times in other branches. Nothing to notice here, even in Corona times.

Well, just McD. You get what you expect. The drive-in is particularly interesting nowadays. Of course, it takes time during mealtimes, as many come to collect. The orders are almost always put together correctly.

Nice service and although the line was very long and there was traffic after work, it went pretty quickly ^^

McDonalds stop ☺️. Good branch. Corona protection measures. Since this branch is located on a busy street, there is long sleep at the drive-in counter at peak times. Therefore 1 star deduction. Otherwise as usual.

Very friendly staff, everything was very clean and hygienic. Highly recommended in Corona times. Very large parking lot.

The guys that work there are the best. Really funny and helpful. I don't know the name of one of the workers but he is really funny. Good place

No long waiting, new stylish designs Guests seem to be behaving as far as could see.

I keep noticing that if you want something to take away, the new terminal system takes a lot more time. First type it in at the terminal, then pay elsewhere and then wait at the third point and pick it up. In the past, an employee was with a guest from start to finish. Was much faster ......

They offer beer on the price list at the entrance, but they don't have it inside and they look at you in amazement if you ask for what they have on the price list.

Nice staff, I never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my order. Even with the drive-in, everything always worked fine. The cleanliness is also great. I haven't noticed anything negative here yet.

Today, August 27th, 2020 I left my Adidas cap worth 30 € and more than I noticed after 3 minutes, I was back after 4 minutes and wanted to pick up the cap. When I checked at the table to see if she was there, she wasn't. I just asked at the checkout and according to my description of the person it was a woman with a little more weight and glasses who stood at the checkout. Because she was more concerned with making money, she said: I can't help you, don't you see how full it is here in a cheeky pronunciation. When I then asked the cleaning lady, she took it straight out of her parking space. Conclusion actually all employees are nice except as above the person described Conclusion 2.0 don't forget your things and don't take anything special with you. Would give 3 to 4 stars until the woman is nicer and more polite.

I have been eating at Mcs for years and I find it the best here. I would guess top 10 in Germany. Food fresh and delicious. It is wrapped up reasonably and looks good. Staff nice! Rating does not refer to just one day but several years.

An average McDonalds. Everything as always. The staff routinely routinely. However, the food was always warm and fresh. Or I was always lucky when I was there.

McD's hot dogs were good. Bring them to Canada

In a good location at the intersection of roads. Good parking, helpful staff. You can come with the children to eat or drink coffee. Comfortable and safe playground. Cozy and at ease. The children got their favorite hepimiles and played on the court.
